Saw a 01 3500 4x4 for sale. 365,000 mi., auto, leather, Truck is in fair condition but is said to run well. It has 5" exhaust, aftermarket valve body, and a few other mods. What do you think it's worth, or should I stay away?

If you could pick it up for under 7000 dollars, i would think its a decent deal. but if you want something in that catagory, i would get a 12v. the worn out electronics on that high of milage 24v will eat your dinner...

 

Got to agree with you, if I had to make the decision I would get a 12 valve instead of a 24 thats used that heavily. Once i hit around 250,000 on my 01 it became a nightmare. Of course i do live and work on a ranch and the electreonics were exposed to more dirt and dust than normal, but i hate electronics anyways. When they work they are awesome but when they dont watch out.
