What u-joint do I have in the rear?

I have a u-joint about to grenade and I dont know what one to ask for when I call the drivetrain shop. Its the one next to the rear pinion. I dont want to take it apart just incase I need to take it down there on the truck. Thanks for any help.

Ran into this exact problem last week, Carquest is where I found them, but they had three listed for my 3500... easiest solution was to take all three and returned the other two the next day it was real obvious which was needed once the dead one was yanked out, they ran $15-20 each. Of course I could have just guessed it would have been the largest of the three, but if I'd played that game I would have lost.

Best part of the deal compared to the factory one, the new UJ i found has a grease zerk!!!
