Water in fuel Light

Water in fuel Light
I washed motor and now the water in fuel ligth is on. the filter is bypassed and I unpluged sending unit and still ligth on is there a fuse i can pull

i sometime get my 4x4 light to come on and i dont even have a 4x4. so all i can say is it happens but due to the light you have a short to ground somewhere. (depending on how the curcuit is sent up)

Try and dry out the electrical with compressed air or something.
