Ok, one if the guys at my firehouse has a 01 2500 (literally bought at the same time as mine) and his tranny started shifting hard. By hard I mean you can really feel it jerk between 1st and 2nd, and then again between 2nd and 3rd. But 3rd to 4th is smooth. This mainly happens under light acceleration, when moderate pedal or he guns it, shifting seems smoother. Any thoughts?
