Has anyone done a tilt steering conversion on a 1999 Dodge 3500? I just bought one and would like to convert it. It has the air bag and cruise control built in.

The local junk yard wants $100 for one.

Is this possible? What about the air bag? Cruise controls? Any special tools?

Any help is appeciated. This is my first post here, but my third Dodge...I mean Cummins. I'm so glad to have another.
