ok 2002 dodge2500 cummings truck off hold wheel both hands push/pull alittle west/east north/south feels loose and popping feeling also when driving .... changed steering shaft,ball joints, u joints bearings,put in rock solid ram truck steering bushing.... noticed today by blinker switch oilstain like ....could i need upper colum driving me crazyyy

 

What about your tie rods & steering gearbox? Those seem like the only things left to fix.
