The standard feature changes in Gen 2 2500 diesel?

What were the year to year standard feature changes in Gen 2 2500 diesel?
If I've heard right disc brakes became standard in 2001. Anything else?

97 was the first year for hydraboost brakes, and the drop-in fuel filter element.
98 gave us the quad cab, new interior, new mirrors (with optional heat), short box option. Also the load proportioning valve on the rear brakes.
98.5 gave us the 24 valve engine with electronic pump.
00 gave us upgraded front brakes with dual piston calipers, optional aluminum wheels.
01 gave us the six speed transmission (although there were a few in 2000) and the 7 code high output engine.
01.5 gave us rear disc brakes.

That's about all that comes to mind. Any others?

In addition to above......
-01's saw improved metalury in the exhaust manifold
-01's also introduced the HY-35 turbo into the automatics
-01.5's eliminated CAD in 4x4 transfer case.
-02's have brighter headlights and tail lights than earlier yrs.
-02's also got inproved lift pump with greater longevity.
-Engine block mfg switched to Mexico from Brazil in late 1999, I believe..... eliminating concerns of the '53' Block
-97's (?) introduced 47re tranny into autos.
-Cat. Convertors have come and gone on some models... not sure of the years? None since 2000.
-Remanufactured VP-44 injector pumps have improved electronics since 2004.
