southern maryland diesel mechanic

Anybody know of a good diesel mechanic in southern maryland? I need to replace my injector pump and people around here mark up parts and labor.
I would do it myself but am nervous when I heard about tiMing nd stuff. Things have to be done perfectly.

Watch this video & see if you think you can do it yourself? It is a easy job, if you have basic knowledge. Diesel Dan has the entire process in 5 easy to follow videos.

Isn't bad at all, you remove them in 2 sets of 3. Hardest thing is getting your wrench back to the last 2...... The key is do not bend them at all. Plenty of room.

If you are changing the vp, it would be best to install a Fuel pressure gauge and a aftermarket fuel system. I prefer Airdog, they are around $400.
