sitff or sticky sterring

Hi, another newbi here, have a question for you all. I bought a 2001 dodge 4x4 2500, about five monts ago, it had stiff sterring, hard to sterr in either direction, and would not recenter after a turn. Have replaced sterring gear, powering pump, all the ball joints, and all the front end parts, to include trak bar. Had it aligned today, but all the work and parts did not cure the hard or sticky sterring, almost forgot, have the replace the sterring spring and bearing with the sterring bushing, any one have any ideas. sorry for the long post.
Thanks Cole

Well, this is a stumper.

Try loosening the adjustment screw on the steering box 1/4 turn. See if it makes any difference.

Have you replaced the steering shaft? (I can't remember the name.)
