Short shifter questions
I have replaced my tranny and went with the NV4500 from the newer trucks to get the 4 bolt shifter. The reason I mainly did this was so I could switch to a short shifter.
I was going to mount everything in and realized there is about a quarter inch gap between the short shifter and the spacer. When you replace the shifter do you need to use the stock spacer along with the supplied spacer in the kit? Or am I missing something?
