I have a few questions regarding the Shell Rotella Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze.

1. Does anyone use this? It's sounds good on paper with a 600,000 mile life span (w/ 1 300,000 mile booster additive), seems good on the pocket book!

2. How much coolant does an '02 need for a complete flush and fill? (I know I can look at the manual, but I am at work right now and would like to stop on my way home and get some!)

3. It's running 6.99/gal at Murray's right now. Is that a good price?

I ran it for a year or so. After I installed a ported head 2 years ago I was already at Cummins getting some gaskets and picked up the Fleetguard extended life coolant.
Its bright blue like windshield washer fluid.

The ELC is orange. Im betting they are both good. All premixed. Just pour and forget!
