Question schrader valve

I'm installing high flow banjo bolts on my '01 cummins and I want to keep the schrader valve at the test port location for the dealer or cummins techs to be able to check the fuel pressure. Does anyone know where I can get a schrader valve to put into the tapped banjo from genos? I tried Rod at wildcat, but they don't sell them anymore. Thanks.

Yeah, we have them on our international trucks at work. International calls them a priming valve, part # 1816216C1. It's 1/8 male pipe on one end and a schraeder valve on the other. If you can't find one local, pm me and I can hook you up for about $20.

Thanks. Does the international part come with a cap for the schrader? If not, can you get one there?

There is a cap on the trucks. I'm not sure if the new part comes with one or not. It looks like a tire valve stem, maybe you could put a bling bling chrome cap on it.

Cool Shrader valves

Probably a little late but Grainger has a six pack of shrader valves for about $12.00. They are called refrigeration access valves.

Does anyone know the size of the test port on the vp44 pump. Is it metric 11.5mm or is it SAE 7/16.or is it AN size? I would like to know so I can buy the correct size female shrader to adapt to my SS braided fuel line which leads to the isolator.

It is the same size as an A/C line, R12 style, that is what I used for a test hose, work perfectly.
