I'm in the middle of installing an exhast brake. Everything was going smooth until one bolt broke in the turbo housing. I pulled the turbo, drilled and attempted to remove with an extractor but it's in tight. I'm affraid the extractor's going to break. The drilled hole is a little off center so I'm not sure if a Heli coil is possible. I have 120,000 on the truck I bought used. The turbo seems ok but is a little stuff when spinning with my fingers.

I know the man in me says "can you say upgrade" but at over $1300 that's a hard sell. Any ideas?

Get that thing to a muffler shop or someplace with a torch, get it glowing and it should come out.
