rear end shake/shudder

rear end shake/shudder
Hello,
My truck shakes in the rear end at about 50-60 mph. And When I let off the go peddle fast on hard acceleration it shakes then also. Will a U-joint cause this? Maybe carrier bearing? I had the rear end fluid changed a few months ago and I am not sure the shop put the limited slip additive in it. Could this cuase the problem. I put the additive in it but no change. Can anyonre help. Thanks
