raybestos china?

I am unable to get 2 usa raybestos drums from my local parts dealer. I called parts plus and was assured their white box drums were raybestos. They're clearly marked fa-china. Am I better off looking around or are these gonna do the job?

This truck sees about 10k yearly but totes about 16-18k.

Gentleman, your opinions, please .....

all i could do was get mid priced china rotors, so far they've outperformed the stockers, it was an iso9001 chinese co....chinese stuff is hit or miss and mostly misses but i say *** and give it a shot it is a raybestos warrany that goes along with it....right.

So far, I've had good luck with the China stuff. Seems like you can get China stuff in cheap places or you can get the same China stuff in American boxes at very high prices. JMHO of course.

exactly, I've seen the samething, most brand name stuff is made in China, I'm on my second set of china (cheap 75$each) rotors, the first ones saw about 7-8 sets of pads, I replaced them because they saw a yr and half of daily stop and go city traffic(about 50,000miles) I kept the old ones and will get them turned so I'm good to go when I replace the rotors the next time..
I've had good luck with the cheap ones and I use the brakes hard every day (set of pads even the high priced bendex commercial grade only last about 4months at best)
