No brakes

I'm at a loss.. Lastnight while plowing snow there was a few times when I went to hit the brake pedal and it went right to the floor. When this happened I had VERY little braking on the truck. The pedal pressure came back to normal after I released. It happened about 4 times within about 10 min. I had good power steering the whole time, and both brake fluid and power steering fluid are full and look clean. I can't find any leaks on the brake system, however it looks like the power steering may have puked some out of the cap at some point Lastnight but its still full.. since then is everything has been normal.. any ideas??

If the pedal falls to the floor and there are no leaks , I suspect it is time for a master cylinder. If the pedal was just very stiff then I would be looking at the power steering and hydro boost for problems.

Antilock activating? That can be a real pain in the **** when plowing and feels like no brakes.

I pull my ABS fuse when I plow snow. So it wouldn't of been the ABS. I think ill throw a new master cylinder at it just for some insurance. Thanks for the ideas..

Don't be too sure, do you have 2 wheel or 4 wheel ABS? At least on the 2 wheel ABS the valve can let fluid by one time and not the next, I had that happen to both my 97's. Both times I replaced the MC to no avail, only went away when I changes the ABS valve. The worst one was Brownie, it would only do it every so often, so you thought you had it fixed, just to get the hooey scared out of you a couple of weeks later, i actually went thru 3 MC's on her.
