01 needs a new engine,does anyone know anything about blackwater engines. Thanks Dave

What wrong with the engine in the 01? VP engines are easy to rebuild.

Just a FYI- Installing a CR into a non CR truck is a bunch of work. Probably easiest way is to get a wrecked truck or a stand alone computer.
