Well, darnit! Due to not really understanding the science until I had already screwed it up, I got my silencer ring out, but I ruined it in the process. The truck does sound much better now, but I'd like to have the option to put it back. Does anyone know where I can get a new silencer ring for my 2002? (I think I have a 12cm HX35) Or maybe someone has one they know they won't be putting back in. Any suggestions are appreciated.

if for some reason you want to put it back you could go pull one from a wrecking yard. mines hanging on the wall in the shop but im sure ill get sick of it and throw it away sometime

I just drove all around Flower Mound yesterday coming back from Marshall Creek. Literally, I mean all around because FM1171 was shut down due to a Christmas parade just starting up when I got to Flower Mound. I had to snake through several neighborhoods to get out. Anyway, I live in McKinney and have a silencer ring ('02 HO) taking up space on my pegboard. PM me.
