I need to buy/beg/borrow/steal/rent a kdp jig kit. I've searched extensively and sent email to people requesting to purchase one. They either don't sell them anymore or do not reply to my emails. Can anyone assist me? I'll pay shipping both ways and would like to address this so I can sleep at night.

 

I going out on a limn here , My understanding is that the Jig was made up by some one from the TDR site , have to be a member , you look for a statement on the sig. of the posts people make , that says that they are in control of the Jig , I PMed a guy from TDR to get it for a wrench day , the deal is that I keep it until he tells me who to send it to , I pay shipping .
This may be why you have not any luck getting , its a private deal for the members of that sight .

 

Fix it right.

Buy the tab from Cummins for $1. That's not a typo.

Use blue lock-tite on the bolt.

Use Ultra Black RTV to reseal the front cover.

Get a new front seal as it's easy to replace.

Check all the bolts inside the front cover.

harold bowers has these kits he makes. deluxe jig kit is 69.95 which includes everything you need, jig and bushings[2], air regulator pressurizer, 2drill bits, t handle allen wrench, t handle racheting wrench, tap, set screws [10], detailed instructions. everything cept the drill, the aircompressor, the fanhub wrench, and someone to do the job.

he also makes the basic jig which is going for 29.95. jig and bushings.
