Need Help on 99

I have a 99 1500 non diesel but hopefully you guys could help me cause my truck is stuck in 10" of snow write now. My vacum lines to the axel were diconnected for a while and I plugged it in to get the front hubs too engage and nothing. There is air coming out of them but for some reason it will not engage the axel. I know this is not a diesel but I figured one of you guys would know how to fix my problem hopefully!! Any suggestions would be great!!!!!

As a worst case scenario, you could remove the disconnect housing from the axle and engage the sliding collar by hand, just to get unstuck. It's only 4 bolts. It probably wouldn't stay engaged on its own for too long, just long enough to park it in a warm place so the vacuum lines can thaw.
