Need a different scanner
I have a code 1693 when I plug my scanner in to the ObdII port, I have one of those orange scanners that you can buy at autozone or advanced auto(came in a car I bought so it was free). The only code that shows up is 1693, I have a rough idle and misses when you rev the truck or add load.
