To answer your question....drive slower. Stay around 60.
I get 19+ at 60 with my dually daily driving. Better on the highway. 90% of my driving is 45-60 around town and country.

I get around 19 avg. Thats filling up to almost the top of the neck, driving about 510 miles and filling back up and doing simple math. I don't usually go over 65 mph, unless I'm passing. Keep your rpms around 2000 and you should notice a difference.

I'm getting about 600-625 from a tank full. Drive like a "grandpa" for a week or two and see how much better it gets.I try to keep the crusing rpm's about 1600-1700 no matter the speed.

But remember, you can drive 50-55 for the first 500 miles and then go crazy passing cars and hitting the stop lights for the last 100 miles and kill everything you drove soeasy too achieve!

Speed has just as much effect on mileage as RPM's do. Anything over 55-60 and your mileage is going to drop BAD. With my larger tires if I'm going at 65-70 I get MAYBE 17mpg. Driving at 55-60 I get 19-20 mpg. My RPM's are NEVER over 2 grand. 75 puts me at about 1900ish.

when the low fuel light comes on i get about 600ish ( based on Little or no traffic)when filled to the top of filler neck. speeds around 60-70mph. loose the supertuner and it definitely helps--- it did with mine

how big is your fuel tank????? i have a 29 or 30 gallon tank in mine and i'm getting like 460 around town and 430 on the highway....i only have a 85hp tunner. so if i were to return the truck to stock mode i would prob gain some more miles on the highway..do you think something is wrong!! i just did a oil and fuel filter change and air filter wash...

wow! i dont know what special fuels u guys r using out there but those r some wild numbers. the title did say 4.10's right? that being said, i have drove every way possible. as of right now, i daily drive my truck doing 65mph on the freeway and normal driving around town. i see around 13mpg-hand calculated. i cant see myself doing 55 mph on the freeway. if i was going to be that stiff on my trucks fuel mileage i would have got a toyota echo. its a 3/4 ton truck. im not expecting some miracle mileage.

one time, when my truck was stock(everything), i drove down the interstate on a long trip. i was doing 63mph in cruise control. the best fuel mileage i seen on that trip was 19.1.

Slow down 5mph, and put your chip on a timing only setting (levels 1 + 2 are timing only, aren't they?)

I set my trip odometer each time I fuel up. I go 400 miles and fill up again. It always takes 25 gallons no mater how I drive. I've had the truck for 3 years and it's been the same on every fill up.

"Normal" 17-18 highway.

Best was 21.5 mpg hand calculated (cruise set at 2100 rpm, light traffic, ALL highway miles)

With my 12 valve 5-speed and 3.55's, I'm still just over 20 mpg hand calculated in the winter keeping it between 65 - 70 on the interstate. Winter's just a little tougher on them, and if you're using artic blend fuel, it's even a bit worse. 4.10's are going to drain the fuel.
