i have purchased 6 oem pistons from cummins they are Mahle, does anyone know if these are better than what was in my truck when it was originally built. when did cummins start using mahle brand. these are just oem replacements std bore. thanks

Mahle has been making the original pistons for years.

 

intresting to know thanks but I'm assuming the oem's that were put in there from factory were not though. anyone know if there is anything that is better with mahle than what was originally used. ? just wondering.
