Lucas Oil additive???

I know Im not supposed to use Lucas Oil Stabilizer in my PSD buy how about the 24V cummins.. I always use it in my N14 cummins, C16 and 3406E Cat diesels with over 700,000 Miles on and they still use very little oil. Let me know what u guys think about it using it.

If you use a good quality oil, you shouldn't need additives.

Im not saying that guy is wrong by no means cause I dont know what is going on inside my engine. But, I have two questions. Why did he not use the Lucas synthetic stuff with the synthetic oil? And if you are going to do test on stuff you should really use the same oil for both sides. Just my thoughts.
