Limited slip differential service: How Often?

When I filled mine it is slightly highier so all I have to do is open the plug a little to see if it oozes out. At the same time take notice to the color and smell of it. No it will not cause the seals to leak or cause damage to the rear axles. I've used this method for over 20 years on Mopar products.
Matter of fact the front and rear axles on my 2002 were filled that way from the dealer...

Look around farm suppliers...
As far as I seen at the supplier for my oil... He doesn't have much for syn's oils. Mostly dino juice... I don't go expensive but I don't go cheap... Just the middle of the road...
