issue with the truck

When my torque converter goes into lockup it sometimes "chatters" not sure if its the torque converter itself or some other issue. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

What year is your truck, that way we can figure out what transmission you have. What mods are all done to the truck...ie: engine, drive train mods?
