Cruising down the interstate the other day at about 65 or so I decided to hit the pedal, but when I did I was watching my FP guage. My FP stays at 14-15 at a idle and never goes below 13 at WOT, but this time my FP guage drops to 13 at WOT and then jumped up to 20 psi and stayed there till I let off the pedal. It did this every time I stomped it that day. I haven't been WOT anymore since then becuase I think my xfer case is messed up some how. Do yall have any clue as to what is going on? I put on a new injection pump last wednesday, but I haven't tapped the Comp into it yet.

 

What kind of LP & guages do you have?

 

Holley Blue pump w/ no stock LP and Dipricol guages.

 

Well I went out to see if it would do it again today and sure enough it did. Also when I crank the truck up my FP guage will go from 12ish to 19-20 back and forth. Do yall think my hollley is dying? I've had it for about 3 years.

 

They Make a Rebuild kit for the Holley.I found one at my local speed shop for $9.00 I had erratic FP too, Bought the rebuild kit,,NEVER installed it Pressure went back up to 15Lbs Have been to PA 5 times 688 miles round trip,,Pressure has not dropped below 15Lbs since that day,,,,, I STILL keep that rebuild kit in my truck
