Hi all, Looking for a little help. I'm going to install a Transgo kit in my 96 47RE I have read on these forums from time to time little tips and tricks on the installation but they are scattered all over and hard to find. So I am asking if you have done this if you could post anything that may help me. What size drill you used and anything that will help clarify the instructions, a little confusing on first read. My engine and transmission are stock, I'm just looking for better shifts.

what kind of miles on your tranny?, if high miles your really better off tearing it down and doing a rebuild as the direct clutch seals most likely won't stand the higher pressure for very long anyhow. With that said there are a lot of little tips and tricks for this tranny but they are kinda build exclusive one size does definately not fit all.
