How to Make an Auto Eat It!!!

I have 3,000 miles left on my warranty. I bought the truck with 87k miles on it a year and half ago; I also bought a 30,000 mile warranty. In that time I've put 27k on the truck. I own a landscaping business and would rather pay the $200 deductible than have the tranny rebuilt in a year or so. I need your recommendations on how to make it blow chunks without an obvious reason...just working hard.

You're trying to blow a Goerend transmission?

IF this is a different truck you are referring to, why bother? If it did blow, you are looking at rebuilding it back to stock. It won't be any stronger than when it was originally purchased when new. IMO if you are concerned about the transmission, buy a built tranny that will last you a long time.

It seems to me that you are willing to commit fraud.

Who wouldn't rather pay a $200 deductable versus $4000 for a built tranny. I think what you're wanting to do is wrong if the only reason is for a new tranny. I might see it if you have had nothing but trouble out of it but just to get a new one???? I say, use it and if it breaks then you have a warranty to back you up. But deliberately trying to scam a warranty is just wrong.

You don't know that the tranny will need to be rebuilt in a year.

Perhaps this link will be useful to you:

I've been thinking that my tranny has been on it's last legs for 20k miles now and still runs. Not great but it gets me to work and back. If you maintenance it regularly and don't abuse it you may be surprised how much life you have left in it. I think what you are wanting to do is wrong and the number 1 reason warranties are over priced. I am not interested in being an accomplice of fraud.

Yeah, I'm with everybody else here, you need to go somewhere else if you want help committing fraud. I'm all about helping others who have legit problems/issues, but NOT helping somebody break their truck on purpose to cheat a warranty. Give me a break!

lack of fluid or heat buildup is the two biggest killer's of automatic transmissions. But i do not condone what your doing.
