how to identify my trani

If anyone has any pics, or know where i could get some, of the nv3500 and nv4500 transmissions I would like to see them. The I.D. plate on my trani is missing and I would like to figure out what it is but I cant find any really good pics. of them. My repair manual doesnt even give a good description.
Any help would be appreciated.

I can't remember what the 4500 looks like but I am sure it's a 4500. I don't think the 3500 can handle the cummins.

There is a hd version of the 3500 but it was not used in the ram. It was only used with the 3.9 and 5.2 litre engines.

If it has a Diesel and a 5 speed in 1998, then it is an NV4500. 3500's were only behind gas burners.
