how to decipher codes

how to decipher codes
Can someone point in the right direction regarding codes? I have an 02 24 valve with the following codes: 0622
1765
1693
0216 Engine seems to go into limp mode under load but will respond when go pedal is released and pushed forward.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
