So I have an intermitant issue. It almost sounds like detenation. The engine makes a popping noise. When it occurs the truck jerks. If I hadn't just changed the trans oil and put the rear gears (with new bearings) I might think it was in one on those. Also the tires don't lock (as it would for a rear end issue). It is always a single pop. between 1000 and 2000 RPM in an almost neutral throttle. Not quite coasting but not much power. I assumed it was an injector, but I swapped back to my Stockers and only lost power. It doesn't seem to do it above 60 degree OAT. It has done it for about 8K miles. Generally no more then a couple times a month. But does seem to be getting more frequent.

Any ideas?

It seems to have changed the tone a little with the stock injectors and is less of a jerk but still does it.
