what makes the the grid heater turn on I know it must be temp but where does the ecm sense this? I ask because my 98 seems to be going on and staying on drawing down my amperage to cause the starter to turn slow sometimes.even though its warm out so it should not even be coming on, I am hoping my ecm is not taking a dump, I have no codes and only does it once and a while
