Good auto tranny shop in Tampa, FL ?
Hey guys, my buddy has an '01.5 3500 with the auto (47RE right?). Well his tranny is slipping when he's cruising around 55-60mph and stomps on the smoke pedal. He just recently moved to the Tampa, FL area and is ready to get it fixed, so what besides a new covertor (what brand?) would be the best fix and upgrade aside from going a full Goerend, DTT, ATS, etc.?
I think he needs to stay in the $1k to $1500 range.
Oh, and as soon as his computer is up & running he'll be one of our newest members ! His is the silver 3500 in my gallery "3 Dodges" pic.
Thanks !
