Fuel Gauge Calibration

Well, this seems like a stupid question that probably has a simple solution, but I need to know. When my truck is running on empty, the fuel gauge is still reading 1/8 of a tank left. Any idea how to fix it? Also, my speedometer is also off because I have larger than stock tires. How can I fix that?

Thanks Y'all.

I would install a level unit, or a whole fuel tank module if it's a high miler. Whole module will have the inlet filter with it. On the mph thing I would change the revs per mile and change it accordingly using my gps to get the speedo nuts on. The last one will require a DRB scan tool.
