Fuel Filter Location

I am still new to this forum and diesel engines. But is the fuel water filter/separator the only fuel filter on my truck? Or is there another one that I need to replace? Thanks for the help.

Drivers side of the engine, behind the intake horn and to the left of the brake master cylinder. Here is a picture of it :
