Question Fuel filter

I need your collective help. I purchased a fuel filter for my 98.5 24v from cummins yesterday and it only has one small loose o-ring and a built on o-ring at the top of the filter. I can't for the life of me remember if it's correct or not. The service manual was no help. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Filter cannister didn't change till after 1999.

His is the old type, screw off from the bottom,
not the new type with the plastic screw off lid like us.

Its been a while since I did mine but I thought there was 3 O-rings
1 large one around the filter
2 medium size one around the small end of the filter
3 a small O-ring on the bolt/stud in the canister
The large and medium ones were a square shape rubber and the little one was regular round O-ring But its been over a year
