Flutter in 2nd gear
I just bought my truck (99' 2500 4x4), a couple of months ago and i just started to notice a flutter when i shift into second gear. The rmps jump up and down about 100-200 rpm, but only when holding steady on the throttle. if i shift into 3rd it goes away. My truck has 93500mi and it is stock cept i straight piped it. could it be the APPS? Any help is appreciated.
