To flash or not to flash???

I'm on the fence about getting my ECM flashed by the dealer to the latest and greatest. I have read a couple of tech bulletins that call for an ECM flash for low power while towing and many many other issues. The dealer I'm talking to in Lancaster CA says it will only cost 90 bucks to update. What do I stand to lose or gain by getting the ECM re-flashed? I'm pretty confident that its still running the original flash from the factory, as there is no sticker under the hood that says otherwise. (I did search the forums and there really isn't much about the factory flash on here.)

Thanks in advanced for all the input!

Brad

If you know anyone with a Smarty they can load a tune into your truck and then set it back to stock and it will have the latest flashes.
