Has anybody used this stuff for a while now? What are your thoughts on it-any fuel mileage increase, lower temps, etc?

Love it. Use it in all my vehicles. Took the pressure out of the system (removed spring from radiator cap). Also run a 195F stat. I also run with NO fans at all, even in the summer (no towing though). If I get stuck in traffic for 30 mins, and the heat sneaks up to 230F, I don't have any reason to worry.
