Engine miss at 2200 RPM

I have a 2001.5 24v engine standard it has a miss at around 2200- 2300 if you hold it steady. I have a new injection pump and the fuel pressure is at 13lbs, and no codes. The only thing I can see is mechanical ( injectors ) going to change them out next week to see, they have been in for the last 9 years... so.. I have a new set of 120hp going in ( new body and tips ) any one run into this situation before? any ideas would help..

Is this the RPM that you normally drive, I have the same problem at about 60MPH and its been suggested to me that its the Throttle Position Sensor, I did have a big throttle issue 2 years ago and had to replace the TPS which solved that problem but I think I may need another one
