Question Dip stick tube

While I was installing my Air Dog I removed the old pump and I overlooked the dip stick tube has a 2nd bolt off of the pump bracket and to make a long story short the tube pulled out of the pan. My question is do you just push it back in then reconnect the bolts, the tube has what appears to be some type of "o" ring. Sorry for the long post but I am losing quite a bit of oil. Thanks pipergsd

pipergsd,

From what I recall, the tube pushes in like you have said.

yes...the tube just pulls out of the pan...slide it back in and bolt it down at those two locations.
