Any body have the link to the DC Cummins page to find out about any TSB's. I recall seeing something about the thermostat in the 02 making a noise. My truck made a fluttering type sound at the high end of the rpms pulling a hill with a load. As soon as I let off the accelerator just a little it quit and if I pushed a little it came back. No heat build up to worry about, seemed to be running fine just made that fluttering type noise.
