Does anyone know anything about the allison md3060 that's used in buses and motorhomes? Is it suitable for use in a pick up truck (Ford F350)? I know it's huge, but can it fit? Any specific info on the dimensions? Can you adapt a transfer case to it? ANY help would be appreciated.

BTW-I know about the ATS, DTT, GHB, GFY, etc., just wondering about this particular model of Allison. Thanks.

 

not sure on dimensions but i no that there used in the larger fords as well behind the isb but havent seen 1 thet was 4wd

 

The baby Allison will barely fit in our trucks, not sure about the F350. There was a guy on TDR that did the swap in a dodge. You can't read that site very well anymore unless your a member.
