what tools do i need to check fuel pressure in my 00 cummins? I have a hypertech chip and it throws two codes every time i put it in that setting, i have a suspission the codes are fueling related.

I also have a suspision its low on fuel pressure? leading twards a lifter pump.

can you guys give me a good reference point to start trouble shooting?
or am i being to vague with the info provided?
