Can I use a '96 SRW to convert my '02 DRW?

I am looking at a '96 Dodge 2500 SRW with the rear D80 and the v-10/nv4500 combo. I have searched a ton and can't find anything conclusive. I know I can switch the beds fine, but can I just take off the dually spacers/adapters from the front and rear of my truck, bolt on the wheels and rims from the '96 and be done?? ( I know it sticks out further in the rear) If I need to switch out hubs, will the hubs from the '96 fr/D60 and rear/D80/SRW bolt onto my '02 D60/fr and rear D/80/DRW?? Thanks, just looking to make this as painless as possible...

What it the width of the drw hub to hub, and the width of the 96srw hub to hub? I have thought of putting a standard or dually bed on my truck, I just can't decide, the flat bed is so useful.

Dually adapters on the front just unbolt. Worst case, you might need to change the studs. You will need different lug nuts, but that should come with the 96 stuff.

Rear end bolts in. Obviously, you will lose the disc breaks and get drums, so you will have to change you e-brake cables to accomodate that. Pickup dually axles are a good bit wider than the SRW axle, but you could run SRW wheels on your factory axle if you wanted to, they will just stick out a ways. Hub change won't do you any good, since the width is in the housing. The hubs are different between the SRW and DRW I believe, since the SRW is a D80 with the D70 size outer tubes/spindles.
