We have a 2001 Dodge CTD and this is what we did with that awful blow by bottle. It just keeps getting full and we forget to check as it's so hard to get to. We bought a radiator hose and a male hose connecter and will relocate the bottle under the windshield washer fluid resivor so it's easy for us to empty...It makes an awful mess when it overflows as you all know...

 

.....sounds like the one on my truck (pict in gallery). I used oil resistant hose from Home Depot. Radiator/heater hose will swell over time.
