brake line fitting

I blew a brake line on the front drivers side of my ram and now i need to replace a part- it is a brass block with a line in from front of truck and a line out on the side of the block and it mounts on the frame- if anyone knows the proper name so i can lookup a part number- mechanic says dodge doesnt carry it anymore- i doubt it, but stranger things have been known to happen- thanks for any info, if available

If it is for your 99 in your tag line, my book shows P/N 52009143, junction block, they still show it available at mopar parts america, but you would have to verify with your local dealer.

When I blew mine about a year ago, I had a dickens of a time trying to get a replacement. Napa couldn't get me one and a local parts store could, but it was going to take them a week or so to get it in. Out of desperation I went to my local dealer and not only did they have it, but they had the cheapest price of any of the quotes I did get.

I should have replaced the passenger side at the same time just to be safe.
