APPS voltage drop with cruise on
APPS voltage drop with cruise on
Finally after 1 years I got the torque converter lockup issue fixed I think for good by installing he $20 coil noise limiter on the wire from the APPS to the computer on right side firewall. Now a few months later I have a completely new problem. Throttle voltage won't hold when cruise control is set. I hooked up a volt meter to the wire from APPS and it reads well and consistently correct voltage when using foot throttle. But when Cruise Control is set it starts dropping voltage then surging back to where it was. A couple of times it even went to dead pedal. It throws 121 and 122 when it goes to dead pedal. Again, APPS works fine on pedal with cruise off or not engaged. Anybody ever have the same thing or any ideas?
