same here I got the DSS years ago works great, i added a thuren TB and had no front end problems. $120 is a good price IMO

This one looks a little cheaper made. Did anyone notice how they used angle iron instead of square tubing?

Good eye there Sir. I'd go for the original DSS, the square tubing is where the strength comes from.

Thanks for the input guys. I just placed my order from Custom Diesel (with the square tubing) for $129 shipped to my door. Should have it monday. Cant wait.

I bought one a while back and it really tighten up my front. Also, it is not angle iron. It is a single piece of 5/16" plate steel that has been bent/formed with some type of press. All the bolt holes lined up right and everything fit properly --- well made product.

That's what angle iron is.

actually angle iron is sometimes thicker at the heel, but it depends on the size. it wouldnt be very strong if it were only plate bent to 90*. but if it was formed at 90* from day one, then its a lot stronger. and less likely to flex.
